‘Hey, is that Zombie?’ I heard Skelee ask Creepy.

Just like in every loop, I could see them at the entrance of Scare School. But this time, I was leaning against the wall with extremely dark sunglasses and a big bag slung over my shoulder.

‘Follow me if you want to have the COOLEST night of your lives.’

I turned around and strutted into Scare School. The guys looked at each other in shock, and then followed.

After hearing the plan, Creepy reached for his Liquid Nitrogen Inhaler.

‘We’re going to get into so much trouble! The teachers will put us in detention for the rest of our lives!!’

‘No…’ I said slowly, because cool mobs talked like that. ‘We aren’t getting caught, we are going to have the most fun night ever and no one is going to know we skipped the picnic or did anything wrong at all… We are invincible!’

They nodded slowly, and just like that we got started!

First, we collected buckets full of SMELLY MUD. Then I stood on Skelee’s shoulder bones and balanced each bucket on top of a classroom door.

‘Oldest trick in the book,’ said Slimey, who had popped out of nowhere. ‘By the way, Ms. Bones is on her way and she is totally cranky.’

‘But wait,’ I said. ‘It gets better. INITIATE PHASE TWO!’

I slunk into the janitor’s closet and moved some boxes to reach what I wanted.

AHA! Got it!

Pulling out the fan, I plugged it in at the end of the hallway and unzipped my bag to reveal the hundreds of feathers I’d collected. There were always loads of Chickens around when Wesley’s Chicken Jockey buddies came over.

I stepped back and admired my handiwork. The MUD BUCKETS and feathers were in position. Now we just needed to prep the third part of the plan.

‘The Pigs.’

‘The Pigs?!’ Creepy asked nervously.

Oh man, I hadn’t meant to say that out loud.

‘It’s okay, we will just be… ahh… borrowing them.’

Now, how does a Zombie go about borrowing Pigs?

With Carrots!

I grabbed a stick, took a Carrot out of my bag and attached it so it dangled off the end of the stick, just like a FISHING ROD!

‘It’s Pig herding time.’

Then we all scurried towards Old Man Jenkins’ house. He kept Pigs, along with some Zombie Horses.

‘Wow, look at them all,’ Skelee whispered, once we’d snuck around to the backyard fence. It was FULL of Pigs, snuffling and SNORTING about.
